Yrs Truly Building is a licensed and insured small project specialist serving Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding areas. Every job is handled personally by Chris — no subcontractors, no crews, just one skilled set of hands from start to finish. Whether it's a new garbage disposal, a full bathroom remodel, or new flooring throughout yr home, the standard is always the same: high quality, honest communication, and a result that exceeds yr expectations.
Estimates and Project Consultations
I provide a brief initial site visit and straightforward estimate at no charge in most cases.
Projects that require more extensive planning or design—such as detailed measurements, troubleshooting, layout development, material selection, scope development, phased planning or multiple estimate revisions—may require a paid consultation. Consultation fees start at $100 and increase depending on the complexity of the project.
The fee and what it covers will always be discussed in advance. In some cases, some or all of the consultation fee may be credited toward the project if you hire Yrs Truly Building to complete the work.
